Campers get to take home a copy of their created Minecraft world map to continue their adventures and building.
In Tech Academy's Multiplayer Minecraft Wars: Skyblock and Mini Games camp, campers collaborate in teams to construct intricate floating worlds within Minecraft. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning, where students delve into modding, building, and coding through a series of engaging game challenges. Participants will specifically work with the PC/Java edition of Minecraft, creating custom Skyblock worlds and designing elements using Redstone. The camp also incorporates strategic PvP game modes like Bed Wars, where teams protect their beds while attempting to eliminate opponents on sky islands. Campers will explore various thrilling game modes, fostering teamwork and strategic thinking. Each student will receive a copy of their created world map to continue expanding their projects at home.
Campers check in, meet their instructor, and get settled at their workstations. The instructor guides them through the day's topic step-by-step, followed by hands-on project time. A 10-15 minute break is provided for snacks, and the majority of the day is spent working on projects like coding games or designing 3D models.
This camp is ideal for students who enjoy Minecraft and want to go beyond regular gameplay to learn modding, building, and coding in a collaborative, team-based environment.
