About this camp

Camp Invention's Spark program offers rising K-6 campers a week of hands-on STEM adventures designed to foster creativity, confidence, and an innovative mindset. Campers engage in four unique experiences: Fur-ensics™, Make Waves™, Space Morphers™, and The Infringers™. In Fur-ensics™, children sharpen their detective skills by investigating mischievous pranks with a robotic capybara sidekick, collecting clues, and applying forensic science techniques. Make Waves™ inspires entrepreneurial spirit as campers experiment with physics, design billboard boats, and pitch innovative product prototypes. During Space Morphers™, young explorers build DIY rockets, launch missions to transform new planets, and record scientific observations in a Space Lab. Finally, in The Infringers™, campers team up with National Inventors Hall of Fame® Inductees to solve community challenges, construct wearable cryptography devices, and learn about intellectual property protection. The program emphasizes collaboration, creative problem-solving, persistence, and STEM skill development, empowering children to become confident creators and innovators.

What a typical day looks like
