In the Coder's Clubhouse Roblox Game Design Jam, creators use Roblox Studio to build playable games. Campers learn world-building, scripting, obstacles, coins, and power-ups, launching their own game by Friday. The camp focuses on actual activities such as sculpting terrain, designing obstacles, and scripting movement, coins, hazards, and power-ups using beginner-friendly Lua concepts. Each day, campers expand their game with parkour challenges, checkpoints, collectibles, power-ups, enemies, and polished lighting and sound. By the end of the week, students will have built a themed Roblox world with interactive objects, scripted basic Lua systems, created enemies and sound effects, and published their own playable Roblox experience.
